Our Promise
We want you to love your Duafe products. If something is not right, we will do our best to make it right. Please read our policy below and contact us if you have any concerns.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in its original, sealed condition
- The packaging is intact and undamaged
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used, unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or faulty item
- A brief description of the issue
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email us at hello@duafe.hair with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without first contacting us — we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. All sales are final once processed. If you would like a different product, you are welcome to place a new order for it separately.
If your item is eligible for a return, please see the process above. We do not swap or substitute products as part of a return.
International Orders
For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and customs fees. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
