Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual colour and appearance may vary slightly.

Prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) by default. Currency conversion is provided as a guide only. Your bank or payment provider may apply additional exchange fees.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment is processed securely via Paystack. We do not store card information on our servers.

Shipping

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location. Free delivery is available within Ghana on orders totalling GHS 1,000 or more. Free international shipping is available on orders of GHS 5,000 or more. For international orders, shipping costs and timelines are calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Duafe and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Duafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts.
